We’ve only recently started renting through SPACE Property Paddington, but our experience so far has been incredibly positive. From our very first interaction, our property manager Lianna has been professional, organised and clear in her communication, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out to us was how personable she is. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we understood each step of the process and genuinely made us feel welcome. Based on our experience so far, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Space property team was very quick and transparent with the process. Got my desired apartment within 24hrs of my application submission. This helped me a lot by securing me a house and did not have to go through apps for different properties. Communication was very fast and effective. Overall we are happy with the service provided by Space Property. Thank you for your service and looking forward to working with you.

I had a great experience with the team at Space Property Paddington. As I was arranging my lease from overseas, I was naturally a bit anxious, but their response was incredibly fast and professional. They addressed my questions clearly and made the whole process, from documentation to payment, very smooth. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable real estate agency in Brisbane.

They allowed us to walk around freely, whilst still feeling that they were there to lend a hand with questions. They were attentive to what we were looking at and even answered some questions before we got the chance to ask! It was an amazing experience and speaking to them after throughout the approval process has been amazingly easy. The perfect property managers in my eyes!

SPACE Property Paddington surpassed my expectations with their impressive rental market knowledge and experience, as well as their excellent customer service. Lynette, Grace and Lianna worked seamlessly as a team as they achieved results. At all times, I had confidence that advice was based on informed, market decisions. Where an alternative agency was unable to deliver results over 30+ days of advertising, Lynette Spann and her team found quality tenants in less than 7 days. I highly recommend SPACE Property Paddington!

The Space Property team made moving in a breeze. We viewed the property and signed the lease within a few hours. We also were able to move in the next day. I love that we can use Rentals Rewards and the online inspection was so easy. Lianna went to so much detail to record the inventory in a fully furnished property. Felt so confident and comfortable noting the condition was recorded exactly is. Thanks team!

Raven did a great job of selecting two groups of tenants from a number of applicants. She provided us with all the details of both preferred candidates and went through the pros of both groups. We selected one of the groups and they moved in shortly after with little or no downtime between tenants. We are very happy with her prompt and courteous service. Space Paddington has always been extremely good in their tenant management. Evan Britten
