Lynette’s career in Real Estate began in 2010 starting out in Administration Support enabled her to quickly developed a passion and desire for commercial real estate, from there she moved into the broader field of Portfolio Management. Her skills in office organisation and administration structure, along with her desire to achieve great business outcomes has allowed Lynette to excel at maintaining Landlords expectations and relationships and providing them confidence in their investment and the ongoing financial performance of their property portfolio. Since joining SPACE in 2012, Lynette has used her skills to ensure a solid and mutually beneficial long term relationship with Landlords and Tenants alike.

I’ve always loved the idea of turning houses into homes and helping people feel secure and supported where they live — that’s what drew me to real estate. With a background in housing services with the Department of Housing and over a decade of experience working in the community and emergency sector, I’ve found property management to be the perfect mix of structure, connection, and problem-solving. I’m also a busy mum of four (and our newest addition, a playful puppy named Lenny), so I understand how important it is to have a well-managed, comfortable place to call home. After completing my REIQ Registration Program, I knew I wanted to join a team that values care, communication, and professionalism — and SPACE Property felt like the perfect fit. I’m excited to bring my passion, energy, and experience into this next chapter, supporting both property owners and tenants with genuine care and commitment.

Prompt responder!

Upon moving into our property we noticed a lot of issues that were missed by the previous tenants. We reached out to the agents and for every issue they’ve been really responsive and proactive in resolving anything we’ve found so far ! We’re pretty hopeful (and feeling pretty optimistic) that this level of attention and care continues throughout the tenancy !
