I selected the Sam Mayes/ Space Property team as my son had seen them around Spring Hill 2018 opens and said he liked the up-front frank attitude and comments of the teams he met. He subsequently bought his unit from them. 3 years later I wanted to sell a small Spring Hill studio just coming out of Covid, it didn't sell through lack of interest/ studios being notoriously difficult for mortgage loans/ timing. With no pressure from the team, we took it off the market. September 2023 out of the blue, Sam Mayes reached out to see if I was still interested in selling and a month later he got me above the price I was expecting. Smooth sale even though I was overseas/ differing time zones / lacking information on my phone to easily aid the process. My thanks and appreciation to Taylor on his team. As an aside; Sam sends out a monthly newsletter on the current property market which I forward on to interested parties as it is highly informative and an example of good marketing.
