I selected the Sam Mayes/ Space Property team as my son had seen them around Spring Hill 2018 opens and said he liked the up-front frank attitude and comments of the teams he met. He subsequently bought his unit from them. 3 years later I wanted to sell a small Spring Hill studio just coming out of Covid, it didn't sell through lack of interest/ studios being notoriously difficult for mortgage loans/ timing.
