Over and above expectations!
Dealing with Lynette was an absolute pleasure, her knowledge, quick decision making and guidance really eased my mind. I felt cared for and that she was doing everything within my best interests. I had my property leased within 24 hours and i just couldn't be happier. Would recommended dealing with Space.

From the beginning they were very effective with the answers. All processes were easy
They are very effective when carrying out the property acceptance process. The team was always attentive, also answering the emails in a short period of time, which allowed speeding up the documentation processes. My partner and I are very happy with the attention we have received from Space property.

I was informed of the potential tenants in an email.
A list of the applicants was sent to me via email, along with a recommendation of who the agent thought would be the best tenants. I selected on of her recommendations & sent a reply email. The process was completed within a couple of days. I am very please with how smoothly the process was conducted.
