My initial contact with both the agency and the property was with Andrew Tan, who was extremely helpful, however all negotiation were through Tessa Wong who was also very courteous and helpful. Tessa stepped up to the plate when necessary and fully understood the logistics of this particular sale. This was very professional behaviour for one so young [I am a senior] I was quite delighted with the outcome.

Space Property provides a full stack approach to representing and selling your property. Not only did Andrew Tran and his team organise and complete all repairs on the property (and there were a lot), they managed to get more for the property compared to an identical unit that sold 3 months prior in the same complex. This is not the first time I have dealt with Andrew and Space Property, and it won't be the last. Can't recommend them highly enough.
