Unlike other agents who usually like to talk the price down - they did their best to achieve the best possible price in light of the market conditions and we got the price we wanted in under a month! Updates were timely and when there were offers that were too low, instead of trying to make us accept what was on the table, Andrew simply rejected them on our behalf! My initial contact with both the agency and the property was with Andrew Tan, who was extremely helpful, however all negotiation were through Tessa Wong who was also very courteous and helpful. Tessa stepped up to the plate when necessary and fully understood the logistics of this particular sale. This was very professional behaviour for one so young [I am a senior] I was quite delighted with the outcome.
