He is very good for his knowledge, communication and professionalism.
This is first time us to purchase investment property. Andrew has very good knowledge for real estate, and his communication skills are good. His response and advice are always quick and accurate. Always Approachable
Throughout the process of buying my new property, Andrew was always really helpful and approachable. Any questions I had he always replied promptly and would answer as best he could or would point me in the right direction. Got more than an identical unit sold for 3 months prior
Space property provides a full stack approach to representing and selling your property. Not only did Andrew Tran and his team organise and complete all repairs on the property (and there were a lot), they managed to get more for the property compared to an identical unit that sold 3 months prior in the complex. This is not the first time I have dealt with Andrew and Space property, and it won’t be the last! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Smooth and friendly process
