I actually bought my property from Sam in 2012 so he was my first choice to sell it. Straight forward sale that matched my requirements . I wanted a quick sale, had a price point and I had a tenant who ideally wanted to stay so was looking for an investor in an owner occupiers Market. Listed 23/8 under contract with a buyer's agent for an investor on 15/9 with 7 days pest, building and finance conditions, 30 day settlement and they slightly exceeded my price point. Very happy with Sam, great communication the whole way through. He went above and beyond to help this happen. Highly recommend Space Property.

It is the second time I have used Sam to sell a property for me and I am always impressed by his attitude, work ethic and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend him as an agent and particularly for his specialty in Spring Hill.

Andrew and his team made the whole process super seamless from start to finish. Unlike other agents who usually like to talk the price down - they did their best to achieve the best possible price in light of the market conditions and we got the price we wanted in under a month! Updates were timely and when there were offers that were too low, instead of trying to make us accept what was on the table, Andrew simply rejected them on our behalf! Simply a joy to work with and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling in Brisbane to get in touch with them.

What can I say - Andrew and Sam sold our place, over our goal price on the first open home in a few days of listing! We appreciated the team's genuine approach and solid advice to be able to achieve our goals. Would use again without hesitation.
