I purchased an investment unit from Space Property at Spring Hill. The whole purchasing process with Sam and his team was flawless. Honest, very friendly, communication was on point, answered everything I wasn't sure about or had no idea about , kept me in the loop on everything, checked in with me to see how I was going and actioned anything I asked for- they were amazing to deal with, makes it easy when you're stressing out.

Space real estate was fantastic. Very professional and easy to deal with. While I only met with Sam prior to the contract his team was incredible. Managed to get multiple offers before first open home and a bidding war began, securing me a price well above what I was expecting. Huge shout out to Andrew for all of his foot work in helping with the sale.

You could not have asked for 2 more professional genuine and trustworthy agents. They acted as very good conduit between the seller and us. And went above and beyond to ensure that they resolve any issues and ensure that the sales went smoothly to settlement. In fact if we had relied totally on the solicitors we might have not settled. And they have a very knowledge of the area. Would recommend them

I felt like Andrew was looking after my interests and he took care of the entire process. If there was an issue, he addressed it immediately. He made the process easy and seamless.
