I can not give them enough praise for the help they gave us in getting our properties ready and presented in first class condition to get a quick sale, the first Property sold in less than a week, and Sam has indicated he will have the second property uncontract this week that is a great result. Finding the right Agent to sell / manage your property is a big decision and there are certainly a lot of options. Originally we were deciding between renting or selling the property and had been dealing with Lynette at Space Property re renting options. The professionalism and service given by Lynette was excellent and she referred us to Sam in the Sales section to assess our options in the current market. Without any sales pressure from Sam we did make the decision to sell. We have dealt with many property sales over the years and this would be the first time we have experienced such a high standard of service to a seller.
