Daniel is a well respected and known agent in the area and well across the local property trends. His advice an guidance are pretty much spot on a super realistic. He isn't the cheapest nor you should select the agent on the cost basis -- you get what you pay for and from this perspective, Daniel and his team are worth every penny. Before calling Daniel, we were trying to sell ourselves but could not secure what we wanted -- albeit it was higher, it wasn't dramatically huge difference preventing us from selling it. I guess the reason is that impartial and knowledgeable 3rd party and Daniel fulfilled that role extremely well. Lastly, Dan has a truly magical demeanour that is super soft while commands attention, authority and respect
