Professional, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with
There is no faulting Terri. She has an indepth understanding of the property market. We had some obstacles to our sale and Terri demonstrated great customer service. She provided excellent advice, she never gave up and was extremely hard working. Nothing was too hard for Terri - she was amazing all the way through.

Friendly, knowledgeable , and results focused.
Daniel is very friendly, responsive and a great communicator. He kept in contact throughout all stages of the sale process. Prior to the auction he gave us information on the market, advice on our property and assisted us with contacts to finalise the house ready for sale. Daniel and the team were very focussed on achieving the best result for us. He supplied ample market details and guidance on what we should expect on auction day based on the number of inspections and contracts issued. On Auction day he and his team were very efficient and interacted with all the bidders to achieve the desired result. Courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to all queries
We chose Starr Partners Merrylands because of their excellent sales performance for one of our family members a few years ago. The decision to do so proved correct. Over the sale period we dealt with a fair few staff members over the phone and face to face regarding various aspects of the sale, and on each occasion they were friendly, courteous, efficient and we found them to be very good at what they do. Our main contact was Daniel Starr who we found to be very knowledgeable (as one would expect!) regarding selling our unit. We chose the property launch method and our at the end of a two week launch period we had a buyer, at a price we were happy with. (Unfortunately this buyer's finances fell through, however, shortly afterwards, another buyer was found.) Open home inspections were conducted on time, and often additional appointments were made for prospective buyers during the week. One of the positives I found was the buyer feedback report, giving an idea of the number of people who viewed the property and their thoughts. My main impression is the courteousness and professionalism displayed by all Starr Partner representatives that we dealt with, including the wealth of information provided regarding open homes and sale progress in general, from beginning to end. Added to this is the approachability of Daniel, who always replied promptly to any query I made with him.
