The vendor had requested that purchasers make a single offer, with the highest bidder being awarded the sale. The property had a significant number of bidders but Ramin's expert knowledge of the market alongside his great advice on the amount to bid helped me secure the deal. My bid had not only slightly edged out those of others but was below market value when compared to similar sales in the area. I am ecstatic with the purchase and can not recommend Ramin highly enough.
