Daniel was superb in selling my property. I got the price I wanted and Daniel made the often stressful process of selling property very smooth and easy for my husband and I. Communication with Daniel was excellent throughout and he kept us up to date while he also responded very quickly if we had any niggling questions or queries about the process. We're very grateful for the effort that Daniel exerted throughout the process. We highly recommend Daniel for anyone looking for a sales agent. When my husband and I first met Daniel he came across as very warm and personable, but also upfront and went further than other agents I have dealt with by showing us how he and his team would go about selling my property. We were very pleased with what Daniel and his team had to offer and we decided to select him as our sales agent. It paid off. We had a buyer within a fortnight. From the get-go they were professional. quick to respond, and clearly knowledgeable and kept us updated through the whole process. With my mum passing, it was a very challenging time for us personally, however the service Matt provided was calm and reassuring. Matt suggested Silent Auction which we not have thought of which proved to be very successful with a generous offer winning the bid, We did have an issue with the first buyer but Matt was on the case and turned it around and had a new buyer with 24 hours. Matt showed us genuine care, accountability and he always had a positive mind set through your the whole experience . We would definitely work with Matt again in the future and can’t recommend him highly enough

We were very happy with Daniel’s service & knowledge of the local market. We think this lead to a sale price we were happy with. We also appreciated getting our home sold within 3 weeks of signing the sale contract. This meant we only had a small overlap between buying & selling homes which saved further $$. Overall we got what we were promised. Can’t asked for better than that.
