I had met many agents in the sale of my house. Matt came across as professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. You knew that he had the local experience and this was very important. The process was clearly stated and we had a timeline to work to, which was very helpful. I was fortunate that we were introduced to Matt via a friend and because of him the house sold!
