Ramin went over and above to guide me to look for the right house to purchase, I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I was always kept updated at every step and got the best possible and honest advice from him. We would definitely recommend him.

ITerry is very comasionate and assisting customer in any way possible. She was so helpful to me that I never forget it. I needed emergency accomodation as I had to find a place to move into within 10 hours. Terry hellped me to find a vacant property within couple of ours and I move in the next day. No ppaper work and no fuss. It was like miracle happening to me. Without her I dont know what would have happened to me. Thank you Terri.

This is our 2nd sale through Terri at Starr Patrners Merrylands and once again we are very happy with the advice, support and service provided throughout the initial advertising period right through to settlement day. Terri has a very good understanding of the local market and a extensive list of potential buyers interested in real estate in our area. Terri and the team at Starr also managed our Rental property for 12 months getting us a great tenant in very short time who was in the property right through to our sale. If you want a great agent give Terri a call she won’t let you down.

Daniel managed to get 30+ people to turn up at my house auction in January. we had 11 bidders on the day. The house was sold above our reserved price. He made the whole process very easy for us. we really appreciated for his work. If you are ever thinking to sell your house in Merrylands. "Daniel Starr" should be your first realestate agent that you should contact.

I found Daniel through Rate My Agent / Open Agent and I am so happy that I utilised the platforms as I was unsure where to start looking for agents in the Holroyd area. From start to finish Daniel and the team were proactive and knew exactly what to do at each stage, to get the property right where it needed to be. We only had a small buyer pool and 2 offers but both of these were well above expectation and I could not be happier with the results.
