Feedback for Ramin Rahimi Initially I could not make a decision whether this is a good time to sell the property or not. I rang a few agencies to find out and Ramin was first agency, rang me back and wanted to meet with us straight away to discuss further I remember the day we met, He was so calm and nicely spoken to explained why this is a good time to sell, he told me he can/try to sell the property before christmas ! He gave me insight, how he is going to sell and how StarrPartners working together to sell the property and at that moment, we thought this is agent, we can trust and sell our property After a few days, I have received a phone call from other agency who gave lower sale's commission rate. I rang Ramin i have a lower rate from another agency, he convinced us, How good he is and how good his agency is comparing these agencies. We thought about it, yes Ramin was the one who rang us straight away and who responded to our message and calls. few thousands more ? yes, he is worth more then a few thousands and his agency is worth more than the value. and we finally made decision signed the contract with Ramin Starr Partners. Along the way, he was very transparency for the property inspection/result/ between new owner/ any queries we had it I think he's very experienced and his Personality make the sell smoothly and this has value in getting sale my property with 2 weeks on the market.
