He was always friendly, personable and easy to connect with giving us a laugh or two during our inspections and maintaining a personal touch throughout the process of buying our first home. On the day that we put in the offer for the property, Ramin ensured that we had all the information required (while maintaining confidentiality of the other prospective buyer) and helped support us with the right tips and tricks to make the purchase of our property a seamless one. He was always ready to assist whether it was over call or text, or even in person for last minute inspections. Ramin was available to us whenever we needed him to get us over the line and secure our dream home. The best customer service I had received from any agent over the 7 months (18+ agents and 33 properties. Ramin instantly knew what I was after just after short conversation and I purchased the first property he showed me. I don’t believe this was a fluke or luck Ramin actually took the time out of his day to listen to what I wanted in a property and I found it. Ramin was never late, always on time, always kept his word and was very accommodating to my busy work schedule by fitting in inspections before after hours. We feel Terri gave 100% of herself in the sale of our father's property. Our initial Market Appraisal appointment was on a Sunday to accommodate our brother and Terri arrived on time and came beautifully prepared.
