We found Matt to be personable, knowledgeable, ethical and truthful in all our interactions. He was able to make us feel comfortable in this extremely stressful period of selling our home. Matt and his team were the most professional team throughout the process. Matt was always available and would regularly contact us ensuring we were fully informed. This was the first time we had sold a house and we could not ask for nor recommend a better person to represent the Real Estate industry.

I approached Daniel pre-spring 2019 for selling my property in Western Sydney. Property markets were trotting at a decade low speed and buyers were a rare commodity in the market. Auction clearance rates had tumbled to multi year lows and banks would just not lend as easily in the wake of Royal commission. In short this was not a seller’s market. I was trying my best to shop around and find real estate agents offering cheap selling and marketing fees. The pricing offered by Starr Sales was competitive; if not the cheapest. Daniel convinced me that we need to maintain a healthy marketing spend and make our presence felt in our price category. This made sense to me as saving a few hundred dollars on marketing costs would have added to my misery at the time of property settlement with a lower offer on the table. My final selling price covered this tiny extra marketing fee multiple times. Glad I took Daniel’s advice and invested in a proper marketing program. As the saying goes 'It's cheap for a reason'. I am glad I stayed away from real estate agents offering ultra-low commissions and went ahead with Daniel Starr. My final selling price was quite healthy. The client database of Starr partners is unrivalled. No wonder Daniel and his team rake up twice the number of sales as compared to the next highest selling agent in Western Sydney. On the softer skills; Daniel is extremely approachable person at any time of the day. He has even worked on my case across multiple Sunday evenings. Daniel is always calm composed and very thoughtful. I have found Daniel to be a very genuine man who wears his heart on his sleeve. I will strongly recommend Daniel to anyone wanting to deal in Australian property. Daniel; thank You for sorting out my property in difficult market conditions. I look forward to dealing with you and Starr Sales again in the future. Rishi Ketkar

Ive bought a property and sold two properties with Ramin. The first time I met Ramin was when i was looking to purchase my first property and i bought my first property from him. Since then i've sold two properties with him. In my opinion it's extremely hard to find a honest agent and a great agent, Ramin is both. Ramin is highly knowledgeable and directed us in the right direction when we sold our properties in merrylands. I look forward to always selling my properties and purchasing with Ramin.

Ramin knows the Merrylands area well and did a great job of getting our unit sold in a timely fashion. He kept us informed along the way and delivered the results we had hoped for in an uncertain market. Happy customers here!

Very professional. Gave good advice for a first home buyer. Always kept me informed and up to date with the process and what was going on.

Ramin is a highly skilled agent-negotiator which was evident in the final price offer for our property. Given the current market conditions, we didn’t expect to have such an outcome after just 3 weeks of private and open house inspections. Ramin demonstrated his deep understanding of selling houses, and kept us updated along the way. Dealing with someone as personable and professional as Ramin also made selling less stressful for us. Thank you Ramin!

Ramin knows his stuff and entered into the process very enthusiastically. I believe he was always straight with me and worked hard to get a price I would be happy with.

I've had the pleasure of working with Matt Carpenter on more than one occasion and it is a great relief to be able to have and to work with someone who I can completely trust, especially given the fact we are dealing with the (quiet potentially) biggest transactions we are making in life. Thank you Matt for your honesty, courtesy, professionalism, vast knowledge and exceptional communications. Hope to do business again.
