Having seen Starr Partners in action in the past, I was aware of their full on concentration in serving the needs of the customer. While communication is mainly aimed towards two personnel, Daniel and Kylie, you soon become aware that you have the full resources of the organisation endeavouring to achieve a successful outcome. With regard to comunication, it would appear that they controlled a crystal ball in anticipation of my need to know where we were up to. In my many years of business, I can honestly say that either Daniel or Kylie made more phone calls to me keeping me informed than my requests for information.
