If you need a thoroughly Honest and Professional Real Estate Agent then Terri is the first one you should go too. Sales are for various reasons. Our's was unfortunately a deceased estate. Twelve months prior to the sale I requested Terri for an assessment for a Court matter. She was very professional in her dealings. What stood out for me that in the 12 months before we were able to put the property on the market she did not hassle me with communications about when we were selling.
