Matt is very easy to understand, efficient because he had all his paperwork immediately at his fingertips We were feeling cautious because it was a long time since we had sold any property. He dropped down to our house after hours (while other agents wanted us to drop into their offices during their business hours). Explained in easy terms the process of auction, selling. Would not hesitate to recommend him to any other people.
