If you need a thoroughly Honest and Professional Real Estate Agent then Terri is the first one you should go too. Sales are for various reasons. Our's was unfortunately a deceased estate. Twelve months prior to the sale I requested Terri for an assessment for a Court matter. She was very professional in her dealings. What stood out for me that in the 12 months before we were able to put the property on the market she did not hassle me with communications about when we were selling. She maintained a genuine concern for myself and my family about our feelings. When we were ready for sale due to my brothers concerns we requested Agents to appraise the property with a view of selling. Terri was a standout. Other Agents came and did their assessments but compared to Terri they were amateurs. Terri showed extreme Professionalism. She produced a complete and comprehensive Portfolio of all costs and sale procedures involved. Once we agreed to Terri as our Agent she was a complete PROFESSIONAL. We were always kept in the communication loop. Following inspections we had a complete roundup of the buyers opinions and concerns. Terri kept regular updates about what was happening with the Property. Terri is not just a lovely lady, but she is a fantastic Professional in her job. I whole heartedly recommend her.
