We had a Natile Thornton as our main point of contact for the property. Natalie was very responsive to all enquires from the very beginning. Due to working shift work we were unable to attend the regular open home. Due to this Natalie arranged a private inspection and allowed us enough time to inspect the property in detail. As this was our first home purchase she all our questions well and let us know what the process. Submitting our offer was super easy and we received feedback around the offer within a few hours. Once we paid our holding deposit, we requested a second inspection of the property to which Natalie arrange really fast for us! I could not fault Natalie and her knowledge. She made us feel so comfortable though the process. We would definitely recommend Natalie and her team if you are looking to buy a home.
