Stone Real Estate achieved the sale of our property in a difficult market, as a result of recent interest rate rises. The marketing of our property was disrupted by uncooperative tenants, who had been advised that the property would be sold with the current tenants. Michael Orehek was excellent in his communication to us with feedback from prospective buyers. His advice resulted in our terminating the tenants' lease and the sale of the property was achieved immediately after the tenants vacated the property. In view of the current market trends, the sale price was excellent and way above our expectations. We selected Stone Real Estate to sell our property after reviewing the sale numbers on-line. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stone Real Estate and will be more than likely to use them again to sell another property.
