Adam took his time to listen to my concerns and to work with me. Adam convinced me that he knew what needed to be done so I left the advertising and the sale of the property to him. He gave advice me advise when I asked and Louis kept me informed day by day until the property was sold. It was within 3 weeks from being listed. I was very satisfied with the price that I was offered. It was trouble free and stress free. I would definitely recommend Starr Partners, Adam Buchert and his team looked after me

I highly recommend Adam as a selling agent.
Adam has a wealth of knowledge of the local market. He advised us of the approximate price we could expect and what advertising mediums we should use to gain the greatest exposure. The property sold in a very short time and he negotiated a very good price for the property. We were very happy with the service provided to us and have no hesitation in recommending Starr Partners as selling agents.

Worth every cent
Adam and Gaby were supportive, honest and proactive throughout our entire experience for selling our property. Easiest house sale ever!
We heard about Adam from a friend who owns several investment properties in the area. He said he'd never been able to buy a house from Adam as Adam favoured the seller, but he had been wanting a deal. Adam wouldn't reduce any prices for him but always aimed for the best price for the seller. We needed to get the best price we could for our home, so we interviewed Adam. He explained to us several of his strategies to do the best in our house sale that we could. He was not arrogant or a 'know it all' but showed us possible options for selling and what market forces might lead us one way or the other. We liked his professional but friendly demeanour. He was encouraging to us and informative after open homes, keeping us updated on levels of interest in our house. During each week we were given further information of interest. Despite the uncertainty of the process being quite stressful for us, Adam stayed confident and stuck with his plan. His projected confidence made us feel glad we had chosen to go with him rather than someone less experienced, or selling our home ourselves (as we had considered at one stage). The long and short was that he set a goal of selling in 4 weeks, and managed to not only do that, but to get us a better price than any prior evaluations. We're thrilled, the buyer should be very happy, and Adam and his team should be proud of themselves for their work. We highly recommend him to anyone selling their home in the Hawkesbury.
