From the first phone call enquiry of the Kurrajong property we have now purchased through Stone Real Estate, Cathy Walton displayed a friendly and professional approach, being most helpful in answering my initial questions in detail. Cathy was very responsive in establishing an appointment with the seller for the property inspection for the very next day. She introduced us to the seller on arrival & it was clear that Cathy had done extensive research on the property's features. She led us through the home and then provided my family & I an extensive tour of the additional facilities and inclusions across the ten acre's property. Having explained to Cathy in our first conversation, what our requirements were that we were looking for, she referred to those requirements and pointed them out as we took the tour with her. Cathy's friendly and thorough approach in presenting the property to my family and I created a most enjoyable experience for us all. The property had all the features we were looking for, and we discussed with Cathy on completion of the inspection that we did like the property would first have a family discussion and come back to her with an offer. We went away feeling like we had just discovered our new family home. We made an offer that was acceptable and from that point onwards, Cathy made the sale process move along swiftly and seamlessly, and by that evening we had signed and submitted the contract of sale. Following on from then, Cathy recommended and organized our conveyancer who took care of immediately booking the pest and builders inspection. Cathy kept in contact with us with all updates over the following days and we can't thank her enough for the high level of real estate agent service she provided to us.
