Sam was fantastic!

Very glad I chose to go with Sam (and Daniel). They listened to what I required from an agent and presented a very considered approach and campaign model. More importantly the property was sold for the right price in a quick time frame! Great communication, made the process very simple, nothing was too much trouble, and provided a market knowledge I did not see form any other agents I interviewed. I would highly recommend Sam and the team.

Over and Above - exceeded all our expectations

Beneath the practical and direct persona, there beats a heart of gold. While as purchasers, you expect the real estate agent to be acting for the vendor, Rhonda always treated us with the utmost respect and transparency. Her deep knowledge of the property market, particularly on the Bellarine, was impressive and accurate. Her professional but friendly manner enabled us to establish a positive relationship with her quickly. Over the years we have dealt with many real estate agents and she is one of the best. Best Agent!!!

I had a great experience working with Sam, having bought through him several times now. He was honest and transparent from the start on pricing and the sale process, he gave honest feedback from every buyer that came through and he was available to talk to at any time. His enthusiasm made me feel like the whole sale campaign was in good hands. We got a great result after about 5 weeks on the market that I was extremely happy with.
