We were interstate when we needed to sell our property. We needed someone who could assist with every aspect of the sale and Sam stepped up to the challenge. Sam always contacted us promptly after home opens and always got back to us when he said he would. Even after the sale Sam helped with the finishing details to make sure the home was ready for the new owners. He truly went over and above. Very professional, honest and helpful at all times!
I was very impressed with Sam and Daniel from Stockdale & Leggo. We went with S & L 15 years ago to sell our family home in Clifton Springs and were very happy. This time they assisted me with the sale of my mother’s house and advised me on all aspects of the sale, from the presentation of the property, to the documents after the sale. Sam is very knowledgeable in the field for such a young agent and was available to answer my questions any time I called. Sam and Daniel kept me in the loop at all times.
