Robert was just amazing. While our property was on the market, he was consistently reassuring, positive and confident that we would find our perfect buyer. Which we did, we are so happy knowing the next family is the perfect fit. He went above and beyond in his services and knowledge, understanding the market and also the ability to really understand people. I would highly recommend Robert!

Thank you Vanessa for being supportive and communicative. It’s a bit daunting to sell a lovely home but you made the process straightforward and comfortable. Your advice and information along the way were appreciated as were your daily text updates. Great experience and outcome. Sold above reserve.

Robert is a gold standard in the real estate world and I cannot fault the experience I had with Strathfield Partners. The process was seamless and the customer service by the team doesn’t end at the sale point rather it goes beyond and they’d facilitate all they can. I would like to share more but there’s only so much I can write here. I’d deal with Robert with 100% confidence and with eyes closed. If you’re looking to buy or sell property - go speak with Robert. You’ll thank me later.

From the first time we met Vanessa we knew she’d be the perfect agent to sell our Mum’s very special apartment. With her patient and caring guidance we were able to prepare together for an amazing auction result. Vanessa gathered a great group of genuinely interested buyers and all the hard work of preparing for open homes and private viewings paid off. Vanessa was so helpful in preparing us for the actual day and carefully yet enthusiastically coached us on possible outcomes so we’d be relaxed as possible on the day. Watching her with all the potential buyers just prior to the auctioneer’s arrival was wonderful as she professionally and kindly set the warm tone with each group as they arrived. We thoroughly recommend Vanessa Kim as a professional partner for your next property sale.

Vanessa was very helpful throughout our home buying experience, willing to organise a private inspection at short notice. She went above and beyond being contactable after-hours on numerous occasions. She helped to expedite negotiations with the vendors which helped to make a potentially stressful situation go very smoothly.
