From the outset, it was evident that the agent's allegiance lay firmly with the homeowner rather than with ensuring a fair and satisfactory experience for both parties. One glaring issue was the lack of curtains in the house, a basic necessity that should have been addressed prior to my moving in. The landlord's disregard for maintaining common areas, such as leaving items strewn about in the park area, only added to my frustration. Communication was another significant let down. Despite my repeated attempts to address these concerns and seek resolution, I was met with silence and indifference from the agent. Even after multiple notifications, there was no effort made to address the issues at hand or provide me with the support I needed. Overall, my experience with Summit Realty South West was marred by their lack of accountability, inadequate communication, and failure to prioritize tenant satisfaction. I would strongly caution others against entrusting them with their real estate needs.
