Their market knowledge is good. Unfortunately let down by lack of professionalism, zero communication. Wrong and out of date reports sent. When correct documents were sent unauthorised changes made without owner knowledge or consent. As a property owner one has to be constantly vigilant to ensure that the management of your property runs as it should. Management wise Summit is not value for money.
