We’re now renting through this agent and it’s the first time I have dealt with them after dealing with 2 other estate agent in the past and having quite a few communication issues, and I must admit it has truly been an extremely easy experience. Moving in and the approval process was all explained well and communication was second to none. Email replies are prompt and we’ve recently emailed about work requiring to be done and the worker was here 24 hours later! There doesn’t seem to be that “your a renter” lower treatment I have experienced elsewhere.

Tenaya Smith, our property manager, is the best we have had. Her attention to detail is amazing e.g, on a final inspection she identified 88 issues that needed to be addressed yet we thought the house was reasonable. She keeps us informed and replies to emails promptly and is articulate and courteous in those replies. She is an asset to that agency and I hope they recognize how good she is.
