Tenaya Smith is the property manager of my 4x2 house in Australind. She is a person I have 100% trust, being resident in Spearwood, 170 klms away from the property. Both Tenaya and Trish have been amazing, we've had to request a few maintenance issues be fixed and the ladies have been brilliant. Really friendly and helpful. Look forward to having nice property managers for this lease (hopefully longer)

Summit helped sell my house And were amazing so I thought it would be a no brainer to rent with them. To start Tenaya Smith was soo helpful with arranging us to see the house etc and with the paperwork but with the one issue we have had with our house (fly screens needing to be replaced) it has taken me emailing multiple times over a few weeks without reply’s for over a day or sometimes more to sort it out (it’s still not sorted) Overall Summit is generally a good agency and most part of my experience has been really good, it’s a shame this one issue is taking so long to solve when it really shouldn’t.
