We initially asked Tim to help us with an appraisal, as we had received a number of others that fluctuated hugely between the bottom and top appraisals, and weren’t confident in either. Tim gave us an appraisal that we felt was realistic and satisfactory. We sold our family home off market with Tim’s registered buyer database. Tim gave great advice and a result that we were happy with with minimal effort on our end. This was a very difficult sale for us being the family home and the home of my late mother. Tim was compassionate and sensitive at all turns. No complaints, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team.

Chris is so knowledgeable, he is always ahead of the game on properties listed or those due to be listed within the Donnybrook and surrounding areas He worked tirelessly helping me find my perfect property and nothing was too much trouble for him.
