I had been looking at properties in Bunbury for about six months and contacted Tim Cooper regarding a property I was interested in through Summit Realty. Having to contend with the Covid-19 restrictions during this time I was not able to view the property in person so Tim liaised with my daughters in Bunbury and arranged access for them to view it on my behalf on numerous occasions to ensure that it was exactly what I was looking for such as the ideal location to local amenities, interior living space, modern kitchen, décor, privacy, security and garage space, etc. Tim and his team kept me informed and updated via email, phone calls and text messages before, during and after settlement and were just as excited as I was at the prospect of seeing my home together with my whole family for the first time.
