We found Tim and his team to provide very thorough and professional service. We thought our property was well marketed and were pleased with the amount of potential buyers to view the house while it was listed with Tim. The only possible area for improvement for us personally was - we were probably just chasing more communication during the settlement stage. We felt like after we had accepted an offer the communication lapsed quite quickly especially when compared with other agents. Overall we were extremely happy and will be recommending Tim and Summit.

Hi Tim we where extremely happy with our experience with the sale of old coast road. What we liked was being kept up to date every step along the way. We would have liked to gotten a better price but you explained that we probably wouldn't achieved that on today's market. Nevertheless you kept trying and pushing for the sale. All in a good way.
