We had a house that needed a lot of work for a home renovator. When the house did not sell the decision was made to renovate ourselves which we did and this made the house very saleable. Unfortunately the market was very flat, so Ruth had to work very hard to find a buyer , which she did . . All boxes were ticked and the sale went through, thanks to her hard work.
