My home went on the market a month or so before Christmas with my expectation that it would take some time because of the time of the year. Ruth Nandapi and Greg Gardiner both showed my home to prospective buyers and it was no time before I received an offer. Ruth was in contact with me at all times letting me know how things were going and was available to answer any of my queries not matter what the hour was. Ruth and Greg from Summit Realty, in my opinion, are the only realestate people to sell your home as they do CARE.

We worked with Ruth over the period of twelve months to find the right property for our needs and within our budget. She has always been very helpful, very communicative and reliable. When looking to purchase a property a lot of it is really up to the buyer and seller to be aware, to know the market, to not be influenced overtly by fashion/media/lack of research, you basically need to be prepared to walk away if it is not suitable, there is always other properties on the market or other options. We ended up going with a property that has potential for development, but suits our needs as is currently. Having said that, Ruth invested a lot of time and effort with us to find something that suited our existing needs and budget. I am sure she would do the same for you :-)

Tracy is amazing. Tracy was upfront and honest with me the whole time throughout the sale of my house regarding what my expectations should be. My house was a hard sell but she fought for me and got me a price that was super fair and was what I needed to move on with my life.
