Previously I had purchased a new home with Tracy’s help, and when we were finally ready to sell my old house we didn’t hesitate to work with Tracy again. She is always super friendly and knowledgeable and helped us immensely when any little problems arised. Specially when it turned out we were in another part of the world on a honeymoon through most of the process, but still we were always kept informed and for issues that was made hard to rectify because of our absence, Tracy didn’t hesitate to act on our behalf/wishes to solve them, allowing us to enjoy our vacation completely stress free. We had two blocks of land to sell from a development and it was evident from day one that Tracy really is very good and works hard. What really impressed us was the constant communication updating us with interested buyers and what she was doing for us. How many times have you thought ‘what’s happening why doesn’t our agent ever contact us’. Tracy is a breath of fresh air and there is no questioning what she is doing or what is happening.
