We recently purchased our home via Tracy and couldn’t be happier with the service she provided us. She listened, had things arranged and communicated well. We Would recommend Tracy to others.

We found Adrian Triplett very professional in his approach to selling our house which in our case was a very drawn out event. During this duration Adrian was very informative of the situation and always kept us in the circle. We never had to ring him to find out what was going on and if there was anything we needed to know we were informed immediately. He didn't loose focus which was to sell our house even though this was a long drawn out sale. Both Margery and I would have no hesitation to recommend Adrian whether buying or selling because he was also fair to the buyers and we found him really easy and honest to deal with, nothing was to much of a problem. Thanks Adrian.

Our home hunting in this area spanned around a year and the second half of that was in contact with Ruth who has worked pretty hard to bring the deal to a conclusion. Several inspections (generally at short notice) and plenty of phone calls and Ruth was always available to help with attendance or information.

Ruth, you were always in contact with us by phone or text, you always did more than I would have expected and contacted us the moment there were any problems with the property. Thankyou very much for all your hard work in achieving this sale . I wish you were in Perth to sell our property here.
