For nearly two years Ruth was very prompt in arranging for us to view any properties we thought may have been suitable even though we had not even listed our present home on the market. She was very informative, responsive, exceptionally prompt and patient to all our needs and on occasion we had a good laugh. We are very happy with our new home and enjoying the renos???

From start to finish Tim was amazing, his knowledge and professionalism is second to none. I would recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell, Tim is honest and reliable and as a young couple buying our first home it was great to have someone who was looking out for our best interests. We couldn't have asked for an easier or smoother transition into our new home, Tim really is at the top of his game!

Ruth was the perfect agent for us. She is very professional yet retains a very friendly, personal touch. She worked hard for us to make sure the settlement of the sale of our property went very smoothly and it did.

Thanks to Tim and his fantastic team for the efforts and professionalism in the selling of my property. Whilst things took a tad longer than we would have liked (no fault of Summit/Tim), we were always updated along the way and prompt service was always forthcoming whenever queries arose. Highly recommend Tim Cooper and his team for any RE transaction.

We have worked with Tracy over a number of years now to both sell and purchase homes. I can not recommend her high enough. I have no hesitation what so ever in partnering with Tracy for our next home in the Bunbury / Australind region. Great communicator and really knows the market and what you as the customer want.

We made the right choice in selecting Tracy Mills to sell our home. Her personal attention to every detail, professionalism, and communication of what we expected in our price range were keys in getting our home sold in the first week on the market.
