Cam was great in helping me find the property that suited me. I first met Cam at a home open he had. He showed me through the property, informed me about it and the tenant situation. He answered all of my questions. I was interested in the property and informed Cam of this. He did not put any pressure on to put in an offer and I respect this. He even offered to show me another property that was not his listing, going out of his way to help a fellow agent. He politely followed up about a week later. I told Cam what I was looking for. About a month later Cam followed up again and mentioned a property that I may be interested in. He arranged with the owner to show me through. There was no pressure. Once again Cam answered all of my questions and was professional in his dealings. He listened to me. He successfully negotiated a price that was suitable to both myself and the seller. Cam also negotiated a settlement date that was agreeable to both parties, taking into consideration my request. He was very helpful through the whole process from the offer, finance approval, inspection and settlement. Cam met me to hand me the keys after settlement. He went out of his way to meet me when I arrived with a trailer load of furniture and did not want to drive into town. Cam even followed up after settlement and helped bother the seller and myself when he did not have to. I would recommend Cam for anyone wanting to buy or sell a property, as I believe he was fair to both parties. He also made the whole process stress free and was very understanding and helpful.
