Tim put a valuation on the property, which was similar to what we had in mind, and with some good marketing, it sold very quickly. He has a very professional team behind him, and we were kept informed all the way through the sale process, right up to settlement. Agents are there to best serve the interests of the seller (their client) - which I imagine Ben did - But he was also certainly reliable, helpful and honest to us as sellers. Unlike some of the other agents who were in 'full-flight sales mode' at other properties we viewed, Ben's down-to-earth, genuine demeanour has been a refreshingly different experience - highly recommended
