Agents are there to best serve the interests of the seller (their client) - which I imagine Ben did - But he was also certainly reliable, helpful and honest to us as sellers. Unlike some of the other agents who were in 'full-flight sales mode' at other properties we viewed, Ben's down-to-earth, genuine demeanour has been a refreshingly different experience - highly recommended
