We decided to put our home on the market after we put an offer on a block of land we wanted & our offer was accepted quickly. We were due to have a months holiday the following week so had only a short time to get our house on the market to align with the purchase of the block. Knowing Tim & his great reputation we called him up, we discussed current market value & agreed on a sale price, then we pretty much left it all to him while we enjoyed our holiday! Tim is a great communicator & was very helpful & organised in getting everything in place before we left. We left him the keys to our home so he was able to show potential clients during our absence. Tim always kept us in the loop in regard to interested clients, dates & times that he would be showing our property. Tim’s marketing & networking connections got us a sale within 3 weeks of us making that call. Our house didn’t even make publication! It couldn’t have gone smoother.
