Great agent. Quick sale!
We chose Adrian as our agent as he was the most experienced and likeable agent we met and conducted himself with honesty and integrity. We could tell from our dealings with local agents he had the best chance to sell our house without a headache. Adrian was able to price the house in the right price range which led to a virtually immediate sale. Great agent and would use again in the future.

A very professional and friendly team to deal with
Initially we enquired about a market value on or house and we’re surprised by Tim’s valuation. After deciding to go to market we made a few changes on Tim’s recommendation and once completed the house sold very quickly at slightly above Tim’s best price. Dealing with Tim’s team was a pleasant and very pleasing experience all round and made what could have been a harrowing experience very easy.

Nothing is too much of an ask!
Adrian was so helpful and accommodating from the start. As we all know the bank/loan sides of things can be very stressful & frustrating but when we hit these sort of bumps in the road Adrian helped in whatever way he could in to make sure we secured our dream block of land! Looking forward to working with him in the future to sell our current home.

Great Customer Service ! Couldnt ask for a better experience
Adrian had valued our home months ago, we sat on the fence ummed and ahhed on if we were going to sell, until a call out of the blue saying Adrian had found the perfect people for our place would we let him back through. Adrian got us a good price and great people buying our place. Super easy for us - couldn't fault anything Adrian did. Would recommend Adrian in a heartbeat - super honest and reliable. 1000% happy
