Highly Recommend Adrian
Adrian is an absolute pleasure to work with. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood we live in. Adrian is very professional and efficient and has gone well above and beyond to satisfy all those involved, and most importantly securing the final price that we were very happy with. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he communicated with us at every step. Good communication, went smoothly.

Generosity
After Sharon was hospitalised it was necessary for us to take our house off the market.When Sharon was discharged from hospital 5 months later he was generous enough to again put our house back on the market at no cost to us.The house sold virtually within 4 days. Excellent result Adrian thank you

Great agent. Quick sale!
We chose Adrian as our agent as he was the most experienced and likeable agent we met and conducted himself with honesty and integrity. We could tell from our dealings with local agents he had the best chance to sell our house without a headache. Adrian was able to price the house in the right price range which led to a virtually immediate sale. Great agent and would use again in the future.

A very professional and friendly team to deal with
Initially we enquired about a market value on or house and we’re surprised by Tim’s valuation. After deciding to go to market we made a few changes on Tim’s recommendation and once completed the house sold very quickly at slightly above Tim’s best price. Dealing with Tim’s team was a pleasant and very pleasing experience all round and made what could have been a harrowing experience very easy.
