Prior to choosing Mark to market our property we had known him for seventeen years and had always regarded him as one of the best local agents, and his performance through our recent selling experience certainly confirmed that. Mark proved to be very astute with his valuation of the property and the final selling price surpassed what I thought at all likely, and certainly within a three-and-a-half week timeframe. Additionally we found him very punctual and reliable with feedback and phone calls, which lesser agents seem to pay less attention to (to the annoyance of clients).
