I live on the South Coast NSW and bought Coramba with the intent to live there in approximately 5 years from date of purchase. I thought I had a reliable Realestate Agent who was contracted to lease the property and maintain it for me. This was not so and was not realised until the agent sold out and my property was transferred to The Edge. This was when I heard the trouble and saw the rectification that was required and the professionalism the property manger handled the Clients and Trades people to bring the property to standard to place the property on market. When rectification was completed, the property was passed passed to Mark and his Team, Although, I lost financially, The sales Team I had discussions with either personally or by Media were excellent in their personal and professional service to me, The property sold and now I am looking again. The ratings are difficult to give with so many of the Team involved. I endeavoured to give it my best shot. However, it would not be hard for me to move the pendulum, especially credibility/negotiation. This rating was given as I did not meet some of the staff I dealt with except by media, so I cannot honestly rate. Property Rental Manager was and is worth 100%. Thank you

I've dealt with quite a few realtors in my life.. After meeting Mark many years ago, he seemed to be different than the rest.. He was honest and wasn't out to sell you the world.. He wanted to make sure the property was the right one for us, whether it meant he made a sale or not.. That honesty is hard to find in realtors.. When selling my recent home, I called Mark to see if he could list the house for me.. I knew Mark was great, but what I didn't know was we didn't just get Mark.. We ended up getting a whole sales team from the Edge... The Edge brought through about 11 of their team before we listed the property.. They feel their sales team should know the property personally so they can actively sell it to the correct buyers.. The sale of our home was fast and seamless..
