Amy was truly exceptional. Not only she supported us during the sale of my other house she also found this great opportunity to get back into Korora property market. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount information and updates she provided about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with Amy since I was set on buying in Korora agin and I’m so thankful I did.

Melissa had good knowledge of local market conditions, and kept me informed on same, plus providing useful info on condition of unit and impact on likely selling price (including options for improving unit conditions prior to sale), Along with her colleague Nicola Kollen, she was very helpful in communicating with my last tenant and making cleaning arrangements etc after the latter's lease ended. Both ladies were very friendly but completely professional, and it was great to have them handle my unit end of lease and then sale arrangements.

Grant sold us our house 19 years ago and we found him great. So when we decided to sell we chose Grant again as he was very professional and knowledgeable and helpful to all our enquiries. As a couple of “ oldies” we needed someone we could trust to advise us and to help us through the process. Grant was that person .

My experience with David Baird as my agent has been wonderful. My house sold within 5 days at the price we agreed on. Great result. David is always available for questions and reassurance and I cannot thank him enough for the care he showed during a daunting phase of my life. My dealings with David and The Edge have been very positive.

Tom communicated well on all levels and followed up on any outstanding matters. This is the second time we have had dealings with Tom and on both occasions he has acted in a courteous and professional manner.
