There are not enough stars to rate Tom's above and beyond commitment to getting this one over the line... in two months we had four buyers commit and bail within the cooling off period, eventually we had a buyer go the distance (Fifth time lucky).Tom remained positive, kept us constantly updated and always had our best interests for a great outcome as his primary focus. He went above and beyond with contract negotiations multiple times on our behalf. We highly recommend Tom without reservation.
