Brett has been a great agent to work with, very helpful from day one bridging the gap between the vendors and us. He provided clear information and was always keen to go one step beyond to satisfy our needs and help clear out our concerns.

Grant was the agent when I purchased my property and I appointed him years later when it came time to sell. He is an excellent agent and a true professional. He got me the result I wanted in record time (the house was listed for sale on a Thursday and I had a signed contract a week later). Highly recommended.

Tom has helped us through several property sales and purchases over the years and there is no one that we would rather deal with. His honesty, market knowledge and communication skills are second to none, which will assure that we will keep him on the top of our list. Thanks so much Tom!

Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His market knowledge and positive can do attitude was the reason we decided to list our family home with him. This can obviously be a stressful time but I’ve got to say Tom was with us all the way 100% and most of all he believed in the value of our home and was committed to achieve the desired outcome. Tom always answered or returned our calls and reassured us through the whole process whether it was to answer a question or to give professional advice. I can honestly say you won’t be disappointed with Tom and if I ever am in the position to sell another property I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Tom Sullivan.
