Amy was on time when we went to view our potential property and had her COVID 19 strategy for when we arrived. Amy was welcoming and allowed us to view the property at our leisure. She answered our questions with confidence demonstrating her knowledge of the product and area where the property was located. We decided to purchase the property and Amy guided us through the purchase process step by step. Throughout the process Amy kept in contact with us and answered any of our questions and helped us understand the timeline of the purchase. Amy was also flexible with our chosen building and pest inspector, she skillfully negotiated a time that was convenient for both parties to meet and inspect the property. David had great knowledge of the market, and his pricing was spot on in line with my desire for a relatively quick sale whilst the property was vacant. He was hands-on with inspections, and quick to call with a review of same. He was responsive to phone calls and wise with his advice. I achieved the price I thought was good and fair for the property, and in a timely fashion. Settlement was achieved quickly and without any undue duress.
